DRUMFITT is a full-body cardio workout that fuses aerobic movement with stress‑busting drumming, crafted with epic choreography to create an electrifying group fitness experience.

As a rhythm‑based cardio workout it is designed to elevate heart rates, boost endorphins, and create a powerful mind‑body connection through movement, drumming and music.
With disco lighting, glow‑in‑the‑dark drumsticks, and banging tunes, every class becomes a high‑energy party that feels more like a performance than a workout.

I'm not very fit, is the class suitable for me?
Yes! The class is suitable for any age, gender and fitness ability. It is an adaptable class for any level.
Where are classes held?
Rainworth, Sutton-in-Ashfield and Newark currently with more classes coming soon.
How much does a class cost?
A 50 minute class costs £7.50. A 1 hour class costs £8.
How do I book a class?
Text 07581 244 270 stating the location, date & time of the class you wish to book.
What should I wear / bring to the class?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for exercise & trainers.
Bring a bottle of water too.

DRUMATHON RAISES £27,368!
On Saturday 11th October 2025 over 50 people joined together to participate in the DRUMFITT DRUMATHON 2025 - a sponsored 5 hour class in the hope of raising £15,000 to buy a cuddle bed for a local hospice.
The team absolutely smashed their goal raising an astounding £27,368 for John Eastwood Hospice buying not just the bed but an extra £12,378 for the hospice to go towards their amazing work supporting patients and their families facing end of life care.
